Thanks to reading up on this truck after visiting here during my dogsitting adventures in Spring, I found out it's located in the Gosling Express food truck court. How did I not know the name of the venue but knew what the truck was!? Nevertheless, my friend and I stopped here when he returned when I mentioned the food truck court off Gosling. He had no idea this was less than a mile from his residence and was pleased with all the truck options. We decided on this one since I wanted to taste this the moment I saw it. Yes, it's another Venezuelan food option but the eats just keep kicking with street goodies such as the arepas, empanadas, hot dogs, and burgers. Going a bit light, I went with the mushroom and cheese arepa and a shredded chicken empanada. The arepa had the right texture with the melted cheese and light crisp of the shell. The empanada was alright, similar to other empanadas I've had although I liked the golden brown color. My friend ordered the Pepi Primos sandwich which was stuffed with goodness beef, cheese, cabbage, dressing, onions, etc. A messy sandwich but he scarfed it down. like there was no tomorrow. We can't wait to return and try other items and my friend is glad this is near his location!

excellent food, excellent services, and excellente ambiance. i love both of their locations. the food truck on gosling is so cute and the restaurant on louetta is always so clean and neat. i appreciate every restaurant that cleans and maintains and neat space, it really hard to find that nowadays. the food is increibly, worth the money paying. does not upset my stomach like other restaurants. i noticed they use high quality of ingredients. thank you, guys, for doing an amazing job.

I am so glad Primos is here! This is hands down the best sandwich I've had since moving here from NJ. Their Philly is amazing, we prefer it with wiz on the seedless bun. My absolute favorite is the abruzzi on a sesame seed hoagie bun. *insert chefs kiss here* We have been twice in a week, and if my husband would let me I would definitely go again this weekend. I cannot wait to try some of their sides, and I love that their chips are Herr's brand! The owners are great. They live locally and have chatted every visit. Please be sure to stop by and support a neighborhood small business.

Venezuelan food! This is one food truck parked among many others. They have seating all around, some covered with heaters, some uncovered. Primo's arepa has grand flavor! Somehow, the mayo, the cheese, the something something all taste very unique!! With a mix of carne and chicken, I enjoyed this whole package! There must be some secret sauce! But I let you figure it out! I had a "WOW" moment and I hope you will too! They also have a physical location not too far, may be worth to check as well! Very excited to have discovered this one!

Since we're moved to Texas, I was missing the Venezuelan fast-food good tasty and they're already win a good place in our hearts. Outstanding personal Quality Flavor, tasty Velocity Things to improve presentation Keep going If you succeed we succeed!!!! A lo cabimero. Vergacion e bueno está estoooo

Not hyperbole - the Pepi Primos sub is the most delicious thing I have ever eaten in my life. It's the only thing I've tried here but I've gotten it probably 30 times. It's incredible. I can't explain it, but I love it. So. Damn. Good.

This truck was the first to relocate to the Gosling Express food truck court when it opened. I stopped in to give it another try and am really glad I did. I had the Classic Burger with a Papelon Con Limon. The burger is one of the best I have had anywhere--it comes with a beef or chicken patty (I had beef), a slice of grilled pancetta (bacon on the menu) a fried egg, potato sticks (the Pik-Nik ones that come in the big cans in the store), Venezuelan cheese and their own sauce. The combination eats perfectly--just a bit sloppy and absolutely full of flavor. You get all four texture layers in every bite, and they blend beautifully. It will be hard for me to get anything but the burger in the future. The Papelon con Limon is now off the menu but you can still ask for it. It's a combination of lemon, lime, and brown sugar that has a lot of depth for a lemonade. Kind of like an Arnold Palmer but more exotic. I saw a second truck of theirs at the park when I was there. Not sure if they are expanding, but I would think he could do it. Amazing burger!

This had lots of flavor. Can't eat the pepper. :) however, it was yummy. I will be back when I'm ready to try more!! I wasn't a fan of the fries. I couldn't understand the young man in the truck but he understood me.

Excellent Food. My favorite one is Primo's Chicken Burger, my son LOVES the pasteles de queso and tequenos. My husband has ordered same hamburger twice ( Double Primo's Beef burger) and my daughter just the regular beef burger. We thought the burgers were going to be too big BUT we ate all and wanted more. These burgers are super delicious like no other. Pasteles Andinos de queso are all our favorite too and papelon andino. The service is excellent and courteous so is the atmosphere. Very neat and clean. It is located at a very nice natural supermarket parking lot.
